The Bidders List will be used as a tool to assist Purchasing Staff with identifying sources of supply and services. Vendors shall rely on official notification in the City of Fresno local paper for formal bid solicitations. Any vendor who chooses to register his/her company on Procureware, the District’s online bidding portal, acknowledges FUSD is not obligated to notify the vendor of all bid/quote solicitations within his/her registered commodity.
